Shipping & Returns
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at email@example.com
We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping! We offer USPS standard and express shipping. All order are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday - the following business day.
Please note that once you order has left our store we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS: OVERNIGHT NEXT-DAY TO 2-DAY (guaranteed by 6pm)
USPS RETAIL/GROUND: 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. No worries! We offer two convenient methods of returns.
Returns are excepted for store credit ONLY within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a GRB e-gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost. You must cover return shipping cost.
All in store returns are excepted for store credit ONLY within 7 days from your purchase date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a GRB e-gift card. You may return items for exchange items in store.
Conditions (Online & In Store)
All tags must be in place. Must have original tags attached, original packing slip and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn, no damaged in any way, unwashed, and must have original tags attached.
No visible makeup or deodorant on items.
GlamoRose Boutique reserves the right to issue partial refunds or reject returns if items appear to be damaged, or tampered with. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
Swimwear / Cover-ups
Visibly worn items
Select WHITE Items
Items outside of policy window
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
